With great interest but little fanfare, Catholic Social Services in Tunica and Holly Springs, Mississippi kicked off a new and exciting program recently. Short for Money Making More Money, the 4-M program is another in Sacred Heart Southern Missions' battery of programs designed to help others break out of the cycle of poverty.
